Birthday Cakes

My Friend Sarah ordered these cookies for her sister's surprise 30th birthday party. The party had a red and black theme so we decided to go with red cakes, silver sprinkles and black ribbon. The party was out of town so a friend of the birthday girl stopped by and picked them up on her way to the party. It is so much fun making all kinds of different cookies for so many different special occasions. I love getting to be a little part of someones special day!

Valentine Ducks and Hearts

I am a preschool teacher and all of the different classes at school have animal names. I teach the 2 1/2 year olds and we are the monkeys. One of the other classes is called the Ducks class and the teacher for that class wanted to do Valentine cookies for her students. She thought it would be fun to have little duck cookies for her little ducks. I had fun making these cookies, combining ducks with Valentine's Day. I wish I could say that I made the little hearts with writing on them but I didn't. I found them at Michael's already made and they were just so cute I couldn't resist.

Snakes and Lizards

I had so much fun making these snake and lizard cookies for a little boy named Jayden who turned 5. His mom said he loves reptiles and the color green... go for it! I looked for a cookie cutter of a snake but it was going to cost too much to order it plus I wanted to incorporate his name and age so I decided to go with a round cookie and just get creative. I was pretty proud of the results! Happy Birthday Jayden, I hope you had a super fun party today!! : )

Little Girl Baby Shower

I made these cookies for my cousin Sierra's baby shower. This was the first baby shower I did for a little girl. Her name is Alexandra but they are calling her Lexi which I think is so cute! She was just born a few days ago and I can't wait to meet her!!! : )
